holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from St. Olaf College and an M.S. in Statistics (2005). She is now a Graphics Editor at the New York Times. Amanda co-teaches the summer data journalism class in the Science Health and Environmental Reporting Program (SHERP) at NYU.
