CSSS 20th Anniversary Conference

On May 23 and 24, 2019, the Center for Statistics and the Social Sciences (CSSS) celebrated our 20th year anniversary by hosting a conference open to everyone wanting to learn about state of the art quantitative methods in the social sciences.

The event featured invited talks from several distinguished researchers that play a preeminent role in social science research. Graduate and undergraduate students from all the departments across the campus participated in two short courses and a poster session. The poster session provided an opportunity to present new research, and take advantage of the feedback and suggestions from faculty and peers.
