is a PhD student in the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance who holds a MS in Marine Science from Stony Brook University, as well as a BS In Environmental Policy and a BA in Economics from Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY. Prior to joining UW, Mark worked at the US Environmental Protection Agency, Washington DC.
